I managed social media accounts for environmentally conscious clients. This involved designing and scheduling content, as well as analysing performance metrics to enhance engagement and reach.
I collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects on time and within budget. Utilising Agile and Scrum methodologies, I efficiently planned and executed projects while maintaining project documentation.
Additionally, I led regular client meetings to keep them informed of project progress and ensure their satisfaction. I also took part in developing the agency’s sustainability initiatives, contributing to our commitment to a greener future.
